Finance Control Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, Mumbai

Shift Timings: Flexible with rotational shift, including nightshift

We need candidates from R2R background, not from Investment Banking.

Skills: Reconciliation, General Ledger, R2R, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Fixed Asset Accounting.

Qualification: Graduate and above

Experience: 2 - 7 years

Notice Period: Upto 90 days

Description to role:

• To provide support to the control environment with respect to line of business systems and their interaction with the General Ledger.
• Responsible for ensuring that core accounting data is complete and accounting reconciliations are produced in line with required timescales.
• Responsible for ensuring that the exception management process and relationship with Customer Services is effective.
• Identifying process issues and putting preventative and robust controls in place. Supporting change within Operational Finance and the Operational Finance aspects of regulatory change and change driven by new reporting requirements and corporate incidents.
• This will involve effectively working with both internal business partners as well as the Clients.
• Additional other project work as appropriate to be managed.

Desirable Skills:

• Financial reporting and controls experience
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and get things done.
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify and prioritize own work to a conclusion.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree (1 Year to 7 Years) can apply.
• Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
• Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply
• Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift (Including night shift)
• Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory
• Salary from all previous organizations was paid through bank transfer only; no cash-in-hand salary received.
