Role Summary

We are hiring Field Service Engineers / IT Technicians who will attend service requests booked through the PockIT app. The selected candidates will visit customer locations, diagnose issues, and provide effective technical solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer locations based on app bookings.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software issues.

Perform installation, repair, servicing, and maintenance tasks.

Provide clear explanation of problems and solutions to customers.

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and service quality. .

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, electronics, or technical repair.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.

Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.

Willingness to travel locally for service visits. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Field Technician / Service Engineer.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).

Good communication and customer handling skills. Compensation & Benefits
