Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting local markets, meeting shop owners, generating leads, and expanding our distributor and dealership network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to local markets, enterprises, construction companies, and builders to develop business relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Develop and appoint distributors and dealers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of sales
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler / vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers and build relationships
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
- Earning Potential: Up to 44,000/month based on performance
