About the Position

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts in the BFSI and Pharma sectors. The role requires face-to-face client engagement, solution selling, and closing high-value IT services deals. The candidate will work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

New Business Development Identify and acquire new enterprise customers; Generate qualified opportunities through field engagement

Client Meetings Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations; Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business heads

Deal Management Manage the entire sales cycle; Work with pre-sales teams for proposals and POCs

Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Market Intelligence Track competitor activities; Identify emerging opportunities in BFSI and Pharma.

Qualification Experience

24 years experience in enterprise B2B sales

Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation solutions. Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
