About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Relationship Manager (FRM) to manage customer interactions, service partners, and business growth for our Packers & Movers services.

The company will provide leads. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Packers & Movers services, and converting leads by selling suitable subscription plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers at their location to understand their Packers & Movers requirements.
• Conduct physical inspections at client residences whenever required.
• Explain Packers & Movers services and subscription plans and convince customers to purchase the service.
• Convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned service partners.
• Handle service-partner queries, operational issues, and payment-related concerns.
• Manage the complete account of assigned service partners, including performance reviews and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance, service quality, customer feedback, and adherence to company standards.
• Hunt and identify new service partners within the assigned city.
• Onboard new partners as per company protocols.
• Train newly onboarded partners on company processes, service standards, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales and partner-management targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of field sales experience preferred.
• Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
• Male candidates preferred due to the field-intensive nature of the role.
• Strong customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned city for customer meetings and partner visits.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
• Hindi is mandatory for all locations.
• Hindi proficiency requirements:
• Delhi, Pune & Hyderabad: Good Hindi communication skills required.
• Chennai & Bangalore: Basic/functional Hindi communication is acceptable.

Work Schedule

• 6 days working per week
• Saturday & Sunday are working days
• 1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday
• Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 30,000 per month
• Fixed Take-home Salary: 21,000 - 26,200 per month
• Salary will be based on experience and previous take-home salary.
• Performance-based incentives up to 20,000 to 30,000/month, over and above the fixed salary.
• Petrol allowance provided as per company policy.
