Job Title: Home Manager MD Residence Properties Location: Central Mumbai Experience Required: 10+ Years Gender Preference: Female

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Home Manager to oversee the operations of the MD s residences and properties across Maharashtra. The role involves managing high-profile residential environments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of upkeep, service, and discretion.

• Oversee complete administration of multiple MD residences and associated properties
• Manage guest house operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Supervise and coordinate domestic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Handle maintenance of all home assets, including managing AMCs for equipment and utilities
• Ensure smooth functioning of all facility management operations across residences
• Conduct regular site visits to properties for inspections, preventive maintenance, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and overall property upkeep
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality while handling all residential matters

• Female candidate with 10+ years of experience in residential/estate management or similar roles
• Prior experience managing high-profile or senior management residences preferred
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and team handling skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for property oversight

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
• Comfortable with frequent local travel for property visits
• Immediate joiners preferred
