Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel and accessories
- Deliver an excellent shopping experience and build customer rapport
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
- Maintain merchandise presentation as per VM standards
- Ensure proper stock handling, tagging, and replenishment
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and add-on sales
- Handle billing support and customer queries professionally
- Follow store SOPs, grooming, and service standards
