Job Description:-

Graduate with 2-3 years of experience.

Need to track production along with stock keeping.

Need to maintain inwards and outwards dispatch along with all supervisor related activities.

Should have computer knowledge.

Ensure that all reporting staff are trained and evaluated on stock receipt, management and dispatch of all stock SOPs and customer service levels in the department.

Ensures compliance to all rules, regulations and policies.
Monitors customer flow at the front-end, provides POS training and uses POS knowledge to troubleshoot.
Provide direction to employees during hours of operation opening and closing the store on a rotation basis.
Ensure the safety of associates is aggressively driven into daily activities on the production floor.
Lead with honesty, integrity and high ethical standards.

Drive logistics cost reduction through optimization of inbound/primary transportation and factory warehouse operations.
Identify and execute on continuous improvement and cost saving opportunities.
Execution of standardized logistics systems, processes, KPIs, and ways of working.
Customer service improvement through warehouse and transportation loss reduction.
