Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes and meeting quality standards.
Manage batch operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of chemical manufacturing processes.
Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to hazardous chemicals handling.
Coordinate ETP operation activities to maintain water treatment efficiency and environmental safety.
Supervise factory operations, focusing on speciality chemicals production and optical brightening agent (OBA) processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-18 years of experience in chemical industry or similar field.
Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of chemical production, plant operations, factory operations, chemical manufacturing, batch operations, dyes & intermediates.
