Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to Head Plant Business Finance for our manufacturing operations. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making across our Mumbai and Bangalore manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end plant finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain
Partner with plant and operations teams to improve margins and operational efficiency
Monitor key financial metrics: COGS, inventory, wastage, and production costs
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance at plant level
Lead capex planning, ROI analysis, and investment decisions for plant expansion
Build dashboards and bring data-driven insights for leadership decision-making
Manage audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies

Key Requirements

CA/MBA (Finance) with 8-10+ years of experience
Strong experience in plant/manufacturing finance (FMCG, consumer, or retail preferred)
Proven track record in cost optimization and business partnering
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
