Role Description

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Ex-Servicemen Officer to manage facility operations, security, maintenance, and administrative functions. The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee complete facility operations (building, utilities, housekeeping, security)
• Manage security systems and personnel (guards, surveillance, access control)
• Handle emergency situations (fire, safety, medical incidents)
• Supervise vendors (maintenance, housekeeping, AMC services)
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations
• Maintain infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems)
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost optimization
• Implement SOPs and operational policies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Can handle union

Requirements

• Retired/Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force Officers/JCOs)
• Experience in administration, logistics, or security management
• Background in handling large teams and operations
• Exposure to hospital/corporate facility management is an advantage
