Facility Manager

Job Description

Oversees constructing and grounds maintenance.
Operates and keeps custodial functions.
Ensures safety and emergency preparedness processes are applied properly.
Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained in accordance with company policy and processes.
Handles general accounting duties, together with bills payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
Oversees and supervises the exceptional labor for different employees to make sure that everyone s duty is done correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Manages and opinions carried contracts.
Conducts and files ordinary facility inspections.
Checks finished work with the aid of using carriers and contractors.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility layout modifications.
Communicates workforce protection precautions to employees.
Forecasts allocate and supervise the economic and bodily assets of the facility management.
