Role & responsibilities
- Manage soft services & housekeeping operations
- Oversee facility maintenance & repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate facility events & guest requests
- Ensure 100% services and maintenance at all time
- Monitor the HK, Pantry, Technical and Office team
- Create reports and submit DMR and MMR timely
