Facets Full Stack Developer - C# / .Net

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Facets Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in healthcare and claims processes, particularly in Group Benefits and Eligibility.

The ideal candidate should have over 9 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years specializing in Facets software, .NET, and C#. This role involves designing and developing advanced applications, leveraging your expertise in healthcare processes, microservices, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design and develop web applications using C#.Net, Asp.Net, MVC, and Web API.

- Create dynamic front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Develop reusable components with .Net Core libraries and publish as NuGet packages.

- Build microservices and implement software design patterns for scalable solutions.

Database Development :

- Create and manage tables, triggers, and stored procedures in SQL Server.

- Develop the data access layer using Entity Framework.

REST API Development :

- Design and implement RESTful services using .Net Core and ASP.Net MVC.

- Implement authentication mechanisms using OAuth and SAML protocols.

Healthcare and Facets Expertise :

- Apply knowledge of Facets software for claims configuration and product definition.

- Leverage expertise in healthcare and claims processes, including Group Benefits and Eligibility.

- Conduct claims testing and validate configurations in the Facets environment.

Agile Methodologies :

- Follow agile principles, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery.

Complex Problem Solving :

- Lead advanced modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts to resolve complex challenges.

- Evaluate and solve intangible variance factors in large-scale projects.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 9+ years of total experience in software development.

- 4+ years of experience in Facets software, focusing on Group Benefits and Eligibility.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in C#.Net, Asp.Net, MVC, Web API, .Net Core, and Entity Framework.

- Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

- Expertise in database development with SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices.

Domain Expertise :

- Deep understanding of healthcare and claims processes.

- Familiarity with Facets Product Definition, claims configuration, and testing processes.

Methodologies and Patterns :

- Experience with extreme programming techniques, including TDD and pair programming.

- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth and SAML.
