Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Facade Design & Engineering
Facade design and engineering, including material selection and execution
Ensure alignment with architectural intent and aesthetic standards

2. Project Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Define timelines, and execution strategies
Ensure seamless coordination throughout project lifecycle

3. Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Maintain high quality in design, fabrication, and installation

4. Supplier & Contractor Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage facade vendors and contractors
Monitor fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities

5. Risk Management
Identify design and execution risks
Develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery

6. Client & Stakeholder Management
Engage with clients and stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and address concerns
Manage expectations throughout project lifecycle

7. Post-Construction Support

Ensure proper documentation and handover

Provide maintenance guidelines and long-term faade support

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience & Technical Skills
5-10 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate sector
Strong expertise in facade design, structural systems, and energy efficiency.
Experience in project management and multi-tasking across projects

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to lead strategic initiatives
