Job Description

The Export Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting export sales growth by managing customers and distributors, coordinating orders and dispatches, achieving sales and collection targets, and providing customer and technical support in assigned international regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned export region.
Handle and grow relationships with existing and potential export customers, including VIP and corporate accounts.
Coordinate sales activities such as enquiries, Proforma Invoices, order booking,dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
Provide customer support through email and telephone.
Manage and update customer data, sales leads, and orders in Salesforce/CRM.
Coordinate with distributors and guide their sales teams to increase regional sales.
Identify new distributors, resellers, countries, and export opportunities.
Support international exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings.
Share product updates, send samples, collect feedback, and promote new products.
Monitor distributor stock, monthly sales movement, payments, and forecasts.
Follow pricing policy and control sales & marketing expenses within budget.
Handle customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and report feedback.
Support training programs, field trials, and technical assistance when required.
