Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import export logistics and shipment execution.

Handle multiple export consignments simultaneously and ensure timely dispatch.

Prepare, review, and process export documentation, including:

Commercial Invoices

Packing Lists

Shipping Bills

Bill of Lading / Airway Bills

Certificate of Origin

Insurance Documents

Other import export compliance documents

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and inspection agencies.

Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, RBI, FSSAI (where applicable), and other export regulations.

Manage export documentation submission to banks and ensure timely closure of export transactions.

Follow up on export proceeds realization, e-BRCs, and related banking formalities.

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance for smooth shipment execution.

Monitor shipment schedules, documentation timelines, and customer requirements.

Resolve logistics and documentation issues proactively to avoid shipment delays.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.

58 years of relevant experience in Import Export Logistics & Documentation.

Exposure to food products exports and/or hazardous cargo exports will be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.

Experience handling export banking documentation and shipment closure.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments concurrently.

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
