Job Description
- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendor
- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
- Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customerfeedback
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives tooptimize export operations
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations
- Managing logistics and transportation
- Dealing with cultural differences.
- Managing currency fluctuations.
- Finding new markets for products and services
Presently working in similiar capacity i.e. as Export Executive/Manager with any leading Pharma Company.
