Job Description

We are looking for Export Import Documentation Executive.

He should have good knowledge toward export/import documentation.

Complete handling of Imports from receiving Indent and logistics till the material reaches the factory, and Export from leaving the factory till reaching the destination.

Pre-Shipment documents

Post shipment document

Coordination with Custom House Agent, Shipping line and Freight forwarder. License with Custom, DGFT and Bank.

Follow up with bank for Payment and bank related documents submit in bank for Ebrc.

Sending documents to overseas party (Vendor and customer)

Import Documentation

To license with DGFT and knowledge of MEIS, Duty Drawback and Advance License

Knowledge of Merchant trade (Third Party Transaction)etc. Should Have

Knowledge of Letter of Credit and Usance LC.

Negotiation with Freight Forwarders.

Work experience in SAP will be added advantage
