Job Title: Export Executive
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Office-based)
Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for an Export Executive who can handle end-to-end export operations, right from order processing to final shipment delivery. The role requires strong coordination with logistics partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of export activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export operations from order booking to shipment dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and verify export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and related shipping documents.
Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth shipment movement.
Track vessel schedules, arrange cargo space bookings, and follow up to avoid shipment delays.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment timelines, documentation requirements, and query resolution.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, policies, and documentation standards.
Work closely with internal teams like sales, production, and logistics for timely dispatch planning.
Maintain export status reports and proper records for tracking and audit purposes.
