Job Description
Hiring: Export Documentation Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive from the Freight Forwarding/Shipping industry to manage end-to-end export documentation and ensure smooth shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process export documentation including Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, customers, and operations teams.
- Monitor shipment status and maintain daily shipment reports.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Follow up on shipping documents and timely submission to stakeholders.
