Exim/Logistics/Export/Foreign Trade Executive

Job Description

Draft and Validate invoices, packing list, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other export documents.
Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA ,Carriers to ensure timely clearance and shipments.
Support sales and logistics team with documentation aligned to customer and regulatory requirement.
Track shipment status and resolve discrepancies in documentation
Assist the manager in all export of goods.
Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through export steps and procedures.
Must have knowledge of all export related documents and ensure the same are prepared within required timeframe and schedule
Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure material cost, shipping freight charges, packing details are billed correctly prior movement.
Collaborating with customs house agents, on movement of goods and with insurance companies on getting Marine Insurance
Collaborating with plant transporter, logistic team on shipment movement
Maintaining Marine Insurance details.
Coordinate with the accounts dept to ensure submission of export documents within required timeframe .
Manage all banking activities for export and prepare required documents.
Responsible for supporting and completing any other task assigned by the export manager.
Negotiation skills, effective communication, computer competences, and teamwork.
