Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Tender Co-Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage tendering processes for logistics and supply chain projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and other documents as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

Monitor and report on tender progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with tender preparation, submission, and management software.
