Job Description

Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented New Product Development Executive to support our Product Developmemt across all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of how great products are built, launched, and sustained across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in new product development (NPD) across skincare, haircare, and fragrance categories
Conduct market and competitor research to help identify category trends and innovation opportunities
Support in preparing product briefs, managing formulation and packaging timelines, and coordinating with internal teams
Work with regulatory and compliance teams to manage product documentation for India and export markets
Liaise with design teams to execute and approve packaging artwork and labels
Assist in launch planning by preparing internal decks, training material, and sampling logistics
Track post-launch product performance metrics (sales, reviews, feedback) and compile regular updates for internal teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
