Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company s digital presence across social media platforms, website, and communication channels.
Plan, schedule, and publish marketing content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional creatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and client communication.
Support WhatsApp campaigns, maintain marketing databases, and assist in the development of marketing collateral.
Monitor engagement metrics and leverage emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and brand visibility.

Technical Competencies:

Social Media Platform Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram)
Digital Marketing Fundamentals
WhatsApp Campaign Coordination
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Basic Understanding of AI Tools such as ChatGPT and related productivity tools
