Job Description

PrimaryResponsibilities:

To prepare and update online production records generated in G59 .
To prepare and verify BMR
To prepare daily production report of G-59 products
To prepare Monthly production reports of G-59 products.
To prepare production planning for SDP , Colour needle plant and G-780
Batch wise production booking in SAP system.
To perform and verify calibration records for daily weighing balance for G-59.
To perform routine observation rounds for manufacturing areas.
To prepare and verify Standard Operating procedures of G59 Unit production..
Performing daily meeting with operators.
To face all audits and provide satisfactory answers to queries raised during audits.
To verify Batch manufacturing records, Batch packing records, their completion for G59
To train production operators for Good Manufacturing Practices related work.
Ensure to have proper GMP culture maintain in plant premises.
Issuing of safety work permit at G-59 unit.
Issuing labels/ lot numbers of Finished Goods material.
Issuing of GP challan & Invoice challan for material transferring to other unit. and customer dispatches
Daily sighing of all documents related to productions
To give training on RM and FG MSDS
Updating FG label print records
Secondary responsible for all plant activities in absence of primary responsible person.
E BMR updation and requirements fulfilment.
Need to act as SIC/CEC in view of safety.
Batch booking in SAP System
