Role Overview:

Create and manage compelling content across digital and marketing channels, including website, social media, and campaigns. The role focuses on delivering clear, engaging, and SEO-optimised content, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with design teams to support marketing initiatives and strengthen brand positioning.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Write and optimise website content, including category pages, industry pages, product descriptions, and landing pages.
• Develop content for online marketplaces and product listing platforms, ensuring clear product value, specifications, and brand positioning.
• Create engaging copy for social media posts, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Write emailers, campaign messages, and marketing communication for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Develop branding and marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
• Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
• Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Assist in creating case studies, project highlights, and industry insights to strengthen credibility with corporate clients.
• Conduct basic SEO research and keyword optimisation for website and blog content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation
• Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and marketing teams
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
