About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our HR team as an Executive - Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards). The role focuses on designing competitive reward strategies, ensuring compliance, and advising stakeholders on compensation structures aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) frameworks
Develop and drive Total Rewards strategies including fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, and benefits
Benchmark compensation with market trends and industry standards
Handle payroll inputs, salary structuring, and cost optimization
Comply with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
Partner with leadership to provide compensation advisory and decision support
Manage annual performance management processes like appraisals, increments, and bonus cycle
Analyze HR data and generate insights for strategic decision-making

Key Requirements:

Any graduate with 4-7 years experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
