1. Field Inspections Travel to customer locations within assigned zone to evaluate vehicles based on CARS24's defined parameters.

2. Vehicle Appraisal Inspect mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic condition of the car thoroughly with zero errors.

3. Report Generation Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide accurate market-based pricing recommendations.

4. Repair Estimation – Estimate cost of repair work required on inspected vehicles.

5. Customer Interaction – Engage professionally with car owners, explain the evaluation process, and ensure a smooth experience.

6. Quality Adherence – Follow CARS24's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every inspection.

7. Market Pricing – Stay updated on local market trends to provide competitive vehicle valuations. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Must Have: • Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)

• Own Two-Wheeler for travel to customer locations (mandatory)

• Basic to strong technical knowledge of engine, car parts, and components

• Experience in after-sales, service station, or OEM dealership (Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, Maruti, etc.)
• Good customer handling and communication skills Good to Have:
• Prior experience as Car Evaluator, Service Advisor, Body Shop Advisor, or PDI Engineer
• Familiarity with used car market pricing in Mumbai
• Experience with inspection tools or digital report systems COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Fixed Salary + Incentives
