Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on Odoo development experience along with project leadership capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions across departments.
• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations (requirement gathering deployment go-live support)
• Manage Odoo version upgrades and migrations (e.g., v10 to latest versions)
• Ensure successful rollout of modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc.
• Act as Project Manager / ERP Lead for implementation projects
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
• Drive continuous improvement of ERP processes
• Manage and mentor a team of ERP developers, functional consultants, and analysts
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Provide guidance on: Odoo architecture, customization, and deployment. Odoo.sh and on-premise environments
• Review and supervise: Custom module development & Code quality and performance optimization.
• Support integration of: REST APIs, third-party systems, and external platforms
• Work closely with departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR)
• Translate business needs into ERP solutions
• Optimize workflows using standard Odoo features and minimal customization
• Ensure accurate data migration and validation
• Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers and functional consultants.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Conduct user training and ensure system adoption
• Strong experience in Odoo ERP (v10v17/18)
• Hands-on expertise in: Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo.studio / deployment & Module customization
• Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation projects
• Knowledge of DevOps and cloud deployment (Odoo.sh)
