Job Title: Technical Projects Coordinator (ERP & CRM)

About the Role

We are a large-scale, vertically integrated manufacturing firm operating a 100-acre production facility with an annual capacity exceeding 25 million square meters. As we scale, we are transitioning an organization of approximately 200 employees from manual processes into a modern, centralized tech stack.

We are seeking an analytical and highly organized Technical Projects Coordinator to oversee our digital strategy and lead the deployment of our enterprise management systems. Acting as the bridge between our executive leadership and our outsourced software development agencies, you will oversee the initial build and deployment of our custom ERP and CRM systems. Serving as the internal architect and technical auditor, you will ensure the systems are built securely, integrated seamlessly, and deployed without disrupting manufacturing operations. Post-launch, you will act as the internal system administrator, running these platforms day-to-day, while also scoping and managing the development of any future digital systems our company requires.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Coordination & Technical Auditing (Development Phase)

* Serve as the primary internal point of contact for external development agencies building our ERP and CRM.

* Translate business requirements from our manufacturing and sales teams into clear, technical documentation for the developers.

2. Systems Architecture & CRM Rollout (Deployment Phase)

* Oversee the API and webhook integrations between the new CRM and the custom ERP to ensure real-time data flow between the sales front-end and the manufacturing back-end.

* Lead the data extraction, cleansing, and migration strategy to move years of legacy operational data into the new SQL/MySQL databases securely.

3. System Administration & Future Development (Post-Launch)

* Take ownership of the deployed ERP and CRM systems, acting as the internal administrator for user access, role permissions, and system security.

* Build and modify CRM pipelines, automated lead routing, and customized dashboards to support the sales team.

* Collaborate with our existing digital marketing and lead distribution team to ensure top-of-funnel marketing metrics integrate smoothly into the CRMs performance analytics dashboards.

Required Qualifications

* Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, IT coordination, systems architecture, RevOps, or as a Business Systems Analyst. Prior experience working with or deploying enterprise-level software systems is highly preferred.

* Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of database structuring (SQL/MySQL), cloud hosting environments, API integrations, and system security protocols. You do not need to be a coder (although coding knowledge is a bonus), but you must be able to confidently review an agency's technical proposal.

* Systems Familiarity: Prior experience using, configuring, or helping deploy CRM systems (like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) or ERP software in a B2B or manufacturing environment.

* Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage external vendors, enforce deadlines, and handle complex data migrations.
