Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - ERP Functional
Department: IT / EDP
Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1. MS Dynamics 365 Functional Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to gather, document, and analyse business requirements and processes.
• Configure, test, and implement functional modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Act as the primary functional support for Dynamics 365 users, resolving issues and escalating when needed.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, or developers for system customization and enhancements.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-user training and onboarding.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Dynamics 365 and related systems.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and version migrations.

2. EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day EDP operations including ERP data backup, system health checks, and report generation.
• Maintain master data and ensure smooth integration between ERP and other business systems.
• Provide first-level technical support for ERP users and coordinate issue resolution with the IT team.
• Generate and analyse periodic reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT and data security policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to automate and optimize business workflows through system configurations or enhancements.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ERP workflows, business process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and SQL (basic query writing preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as an EDP Executive, ERP Analyst, or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central / CRM) implementation or support.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (preferred)
