Job Role

This role is mostly an Equity Advisor / Relationship Support / Dealer Support type of position in a stock brokerage or financial services company.
Your main job would be to support Relationship Managers (RMs), dealers, and franchise partners with stock market insights and client handling.

Main Responsibilities

Share equity recommendations to help (mapped) RMs / dealers / franchise partners guide clients.
Build relationships with - Relationship Managers (RMs), Dealers and Franchise partners. Further support them in client trading and portfolio decisions.
Market Research - Stay updated with - Market trends, Research reports, Economic news, Sector performance.
Client & Internal Coordination - Handle client queries, Coordinate between clients and RMs and Monitor advisory calls.
Compliance & Monitoring - Ensure advice and calls follow company and regulatory norms. Keep records and follow compliance rules.
Conduct fortnightly review calls with team members for Feedback, Follow-ups, training and assistance

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication & negotiation skills with knowledge of NSE/BSE platforms, derivatives, and capital markets
The role requires attention to detail, speed, and strong analytical skills
Candidates from BFSI Industry preferred - Fresher's / Candidates with up to 2 years of experienceRole & responsibilities
