Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter (Engineering/ Scientific/Professional)

location- India _Remote

Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level recruiter with 0-1 years of full-cycle engineering or professional recruiting experience
Ideal candidates should have a background in industries such as Energy
Aerospace
Medical Devices
Electronics
or Automotive
This role offers remote work flexibility

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit top candidates for various positions within the engineering and professional sectors using LinkedIn/Job boards etc
Meet weekly submission targets through effective sourcing and screening techniques
Work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct clients to fulfill core W2 hiring needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proactively identify challenges in the recruiting process and develop solutions to address them
Provide excellent verbal and written communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

0-1 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
preferably in Energy
Aerospace
Medical Devices
Electronics
or Automotive industries
Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies to meet recruitment targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop positive relationships with clients
