Engineering & Delivery Manager (IT)

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology & Platform Ownership

• Own and manage the EduHubSpot website, LMS, student portals, and mobile applications.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability across all student-facing products.
• Lead the technology setup and technical delivery for all new course launches.

Engineering & Delivery Management

• Manage engineering projects end-to-end from initial planning and scoping to deployment and delivery.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Establish robust engineering best practices, deployment processes, testing standards, and release management workflows.

CRM, Automation & Internal Systems

• Own and optimize Zoho CRM, including integrations, workflows, custom automations, and reporting.
• Build and enhance internal dashboards and operational tools tailored for Sales, Training, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Identify structural opportunities to automate manual processes and systematically improve operational efficiency.

Data & AI Initiatives

• Develop centralized reporting systems, data pipelines, and analytics to support rigorous data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage AI and modern automation tools to improve internal productivity, customer experience, and business operations.
• Drive organizational innovation through the practical, high-impact application of emerging AI technologies.

Infrastructure & Communication Systems

• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, Outlook infrastructure, domain configurations, and security protocols.
• Ensure high platform uptime through rigorous system monitoring, vulnerability mitigation, and operational excellence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Required Background:

• 7+ years of core experience in software engineering, technology management, or delivery leadership roles.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing engineering teams or broad technology functions.
• Demonstrated experience with LMS platforms, SaaS products, or fast-paced EdTech environments (preferred).
• Proven track record in data analytics/engineering, data pipeline development, and building business dashboards or reports to drive operational insights.
