Engineering Data Analyst Lead

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into meaningful insights to help organizations make informed decisions
• Translate complex data into actionable business strategies
• Collect data from various sources (e.g., databases, PDFs, data warehouses)
• Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools and programming
• Visualize findings through charts, dashboards, or reports
• Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks
• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or customOOTB solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms
  
  

• Qualifications Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving
  • Strong experience with Databricks, Copilot
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience with LLMs or generative AI
  • Good to Have
    • Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role
      Familiarity with AIML frameworks and big data tools
    • Specialized knowledge in engine-focused RD, engineering, and manufacturing domains
    • Certifications in Databricks, cloud platforms, or data engineering
