Job Description
Role & responsibilities :-
Embedded Firmware Development
- Develop and modify embedded C/C++ firmware for motor controllers
- Work with bare-metal or RTOS-based systems
- Implement real-time control loops (current,speed, torque)
Motor Control & FOC
- Assist in implementing and tuning FOC algorithms for BLDC/PMSM motors
- Work with Clarke, Park, and inverse Park transform.
- Support SVPWM / sinusoidal PWM implementation
- Assist in startup methods (open-loop, alignment, ramp-up)
Microcontroller & Peripherals
- Work on MCUs such as STM32 / Infineon / TI / NXP
- Configure and debug:
- PWM timers (center-aligned, complementary, dead-time)
- ADC (current sensing, voltage sensing)
- DMA, interrupts, GPIO, UART/SPI/IC
Hardware Bring-up & Debugging
- Support motor controller board bring-up
- Debug issues using: Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, Multimeter
- Assist in validating current sensing, gate drive signals, and protections
Testing & Documentation
- Assist in motor testing (no-load, load, thermal, efficiency)
- Maintain clear documentation:
- Firmware architecture
- Control parameters
Test procedures and results
Preferred candidate profile:-
Completed - B. Tech / M. tech Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Embedded system.
