Job Description
Role Overview
Develop firmware for BLDC motor controllers including speed control, protection logic, and system behavior for magnetic drilling machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop embedded firmware (C language)
- Implement BLDC motor control (hall-based initially, FOC later)
- Design speed and current control loops
- Implement protection logic (stall, overload, thermal)
- Interface with sensors (hall, current, temperature)
- Debug motor behavior in real machine conditions
- Support field testing and data analysis
Required Qualifications
- B.E / M.E Electronics / Embedded Systems
- 3-7 years experience in embedded systems
Must-Have Skills
- Embedded C programming
- Microcontroller experience (STM32 TI NXP etc.)
- PWM, ADC, interrupts
- Real-time systems
- Must Understand
- BLDC motor basics
- Speed control (PID)
- Fault handling
Preferred
- Field Oriented Control (FOC)
- Sensorless BLDC
- Motor startup under load.
