Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Email/Chat/Inbound Calling specialist.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.

- Process name - 20%Calls, 80%CHAT
Eligibility criteria - Candidates should strictly be Graduates with 1 year of experience in email/chat/inbound calling
- Comms : V4
- Timings-
- 3:30pm-12:30am (Boys and Girls)
- 7am-4pm (Boys and Girls)
- Rotational Shifts, 1 rotational week off
- Rounds of interview- HR, Ops.
