Electrical Technician / Electrician (Junior)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Technician / Junior Electrician to support electrical installation and commissioning activities at project sites. The role involves assisting senior electricians in HT/LT cable installation, equipment setup, testing, and maintaining site safety standards. Freshers with basic electrical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HT/LT cable laying, glanding, termination, and routing under supervision.
  
• Support installation of electrical panels, transformers, lighting fixtures, earthing systems, and accessories.
  
• Assist in testing and commissioning using basic instruments such as multimeters and Meggers.
  
• Follow electrical safety standards, including use of PPE, LOTO procedures, toolbox talks, and proper site housekeeping.
  
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and manual handling along with the site team.
  
• Learn and develop technical skills by working with experienced electricians and attending safety/training sessions.
  
• Report site issues, defects, or non-conformities, and contribute to daily work progress updates.
  

Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years of experience in electrical installation or site work.
  
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred (Freshers with basic wiring knowledge may apply).
  
• Basic understanding of electrical tools, wiring practices, and safety procedures.
  
• Physically fit for site-based work, including lifting materials, working at heights, and outdoor environments.
  
• Reliable, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Candidates local to Mumbai / Maharashtra preferred (reliable transport is an advantage).
  
• Must have valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card and be willing to undergo site induction and safety training.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 21,000 24,000 per month (depending on experience)
