Job Description

Experience Required: 8+ years
Location: Thane
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Experience in EPC and Project Management in the Metro Rail construction related industries.

Experience in Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis, Disputes, Arbitration Claims, Project

Management, Cost Planning Control for Management of Infrastructure projects.

Experience in handling different kind of infrastructure projects such as Dedicated Freight Corridor, High Speed Rail and Metro Projects.

Ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.

Analyze project schedules to identify critical activities and sources of delay using various methodologies.

Investigate root causes of delays and document findings, preparing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Provide expertise in claims preparation and support during dispute resolution processes.

Communicate effectively with clients, staying updated on industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Support assembly, installation, and testing during prototype build phases.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems used in heavy equipment.

Exposure to working with certification bodies for product approvals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Zuken, and CAD tools like Creo / UGNX.

Experience using PLM Teamcenter.

Familiarity with simulation tools (ETAP, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.).

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and validation.

Experience with electrical assembly integration.

Proficiency in wiring harness design and electrical schematic development.

Understanding of 24V DC control systems.

Knowledge of Engine CAN communication and diagnostics.

Awareness of relevant industry standards (IEC, ISO, SAE).

Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
