As an Electrical Engineer Data Centre, you will be a key part of the Focus market team to provide data centre project delivery as a part of our multi-disciplinary team
Work with senior engineers and manage timely delivery of designs to agreed cost constraints
You need to take a prominent role in respect of the data centre elements of such projects in the production of calculations, drawings, tender documents, feasibility studies, condition reports, etc, Manage technical requirements of the data centre project teams to deliver high quality engineering services designs, supervising engineers and CAD staff

We'd love to hear from you if you have -
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related construction qualification, with professional registration (chartered or aspiring) and 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in data centres, hospitals, or laboratories, Should have knowledge of local and international standards, data centre practices, and authority requirements, along with hands-on expertise in tools such as Etap, Amtech, Revit, and AutoCAD
Key responsibilities include producing engineering designs, schematics, and plant room layouts, developing sustainable and innovative solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining industry relationships and promoting Arup’s capabilities, Reward And Benefits
