Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in designing and developing electrical systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver training modules demonstrating the application of AI in electrical engineering contexts.
Collaborate with engineers and AI teams to create practical scenarios for model development and testing.
Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-driven electrical engineering solutions for improvement and accuracy.
Mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and promote continuous learning.
Translate complex electrical engineering and AI concepts into clear, accessible instructional materials.
Stay current with emerging technologies in AI and electrical engineering to inform training content.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and modern AI technologies.
Proven experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with simulation software and programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
