Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to EHS at site.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas of improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
Provide training on safety protocols to employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to prevent reoccurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) role with a strong background in pharmaceutical industry.
MS/M.Sc(Science) degree with specialization in Environmental science or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of implementing ISO standards such as ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001:2015 (EMS).
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws including Factories Act, Rules, and Regulations.

* Hands on Experience of EHS , MPCB, Safety compliance, safety permit systems.
