Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Will be Project Manager handling one or few projects, guiding the leads and owning the deliverable and the team performance
Will have to communicate with client, onsite manager and Offsite Project manager
Act as a primary solution provider to Client for the project that’s been managed
In addition to providing a remarkable customer experience, associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email
Handle the team(s) and help them by resolving their project related queries
Responsible for training for any new project requirement received from client and new trainees/replacements in the team
Productivity enhancement and quality improvement quarter on quarter
