Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

To deliver the required conjugate and coated beads stocks for specified Projects as per production timelines.
To carry out HRP conjugations and Biotinylations for specified Projects at Production scale.
To carry out magbeads coating for specified Projects at Production scale.
To handle chromatography and membrane filtration techniques.
To maintain the raw materials, stock conjuagtes and documents .
Prepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.
Guide the team correctly for any Purification and Bio-conjugation related activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Expertise in handling Proteins and Downstream processing techniques.
Hands on experience in handling Chromatography columns, HPLC and membrane separations.
Worked extensively on bio-conjugations and magbeads coating.
