Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of Cinema
- Handling emergencies ,guest complaints, or issues
- Making decisions and taking necessary actions as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinating with teams and stakeholders of F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sound & Projection,Human Resources,IT
- Maintaining records and reporting incidents
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Hotel Management Graduates shall be preferred)
- Well Versed in Hotel/Restaurant/QSR Operations.
- Effective communication skills
- Guest Handling experience
