Job Description

A passionate DTP Operator with a deep understanding of prepress and digital publishing processes, focused on creating high-quality print-ready files and layouts for a wide range of printed materials.
Ability to work with precision and speed, adhering to design specifications and print standards.
Responsibilities will include layout design, typesetting, file preparation, and ensuring the final output meets production and client expectations.

Qualifications: Any graduate with a specialization in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years

Skill Sets:

Proficiency in DTP software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and print production standards.
Experience in handling packaging artworks, brochures, leaflets, labels, cartons, and other commercial print products.
Expertise in preparing files for offset, digital, and large format printing.
Familiarity with prepress processes including trapping, color separation, and imposition.
Good knowledge of different printing techniques (CMYK, Spot Color, UV, etc.).
Experience working with Unicode and multilingual text (English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.).
Ability to handle proofreading and ensure all artwork is free from spelling or grammatical errors.
Skilled in working with PDF tools and print-ready file formats.
Knowledge of file transfer tools (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive) and version control practices.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
