Job Description

Qualification : BE/Diploma, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from reputed institute.

Job Role : DMC Counsellor

Eligibility : Throughout 60% (10th, 12th, Graduation & PG)

Possession of LMV/HMV Licence is a must

Experience : 2-3 years experience in Road Safety

Toolbox talks to be conducted.
Conducting defensive driving training for drivers.
Checking the physical & mental fitness of the drivers on regular basis.
Checking the basic physical fitness of the vehicles.
Checking the relevant documents specific to the drivers and vehicles.
Explain the violation policies of the organisation while commuting.
Enroute tracking of the journey.
Briefing and de-briefing the drivers before and after every trip, with counselling by trainers regarding the violations if any enroute.

Requirement at PAN India
Min 4-5 years experience in DMC with experience of 2 years in defensive driving training.

EX- Servicemen having high technical knowledge on vehicles and expert driving will be an added advantage and possession of heavy licence is a must.
