Role & responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Arch. Working drawing for execution drawing
- Basic knowledge about DCPR
- Create drawings for construction projects
- Draft technical details
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate must be from Real Estate industry who worked under developer, realtors or in construction field
- Education HSC / Graduate
- Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS- Excel & MS Word, Revit, Basic
- Skills Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market
